Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the current VORO web product surface. This V1 offering is the narrow Pro path described in current VORO product truth: narrow self-serve Pro checkout, hosted Pro access for the current plan period, and no broader entitlement platform.
1. Service scope
VORO provides automated security analysis workflows, report generation, and related documentation. Reports are automated outputs and are not a substitute for professional security review, legal advice, or production approval.
2. Access model
Current V1 web access may start through the narrow self-serve Pro checkout path or through operator-managed provisioning. Access keys may be issued, rotated, or revoked manually, and they function as one access mechanism for the hosted Pro surface. These Terms do not create any broad account system or entitlement right beyond the hosted access explicitly granted by VORO for the current plan period.
3. Acceptable use
You may use VORO only for lawful security analysis and related defensive engineering purposes. You must have the right to submit code, repositories, contract addresses, or files that you scan with the service.
4. Output limits
Findings may be incomplete and may include false positives, false negatives, or low-confidence results. You remain responsible for independent engineering judgment and for decisions based on any report or recommendation.
5. Submitted material and ownership
You retain ownership of code, repositories, files, contract-source material, and other content you submit for scanning. You grant VORO only the limited right to process that submitted material as needed to operate the scan-to-report workflow, generate outputs, and troubleshoot service issues. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, VORO does not claim ownership of your submitted code.
6. Suspension and termination
VORO may suspend, limit, or revoke access if use appears unlawful, abusive, unauthorized, operationally risky, or outside the narrow V1 access model. You may stop using the current V1 web surface at any time. Suspension or termination does not convert the current V1 access model into a self-serve entitlement, account, or refund framework.
7. Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. VORO disclaims implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Governing law
These Terms are intended as the minimum current V1 baseline for the operator-managed web surface made available by VORO Labs. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, questions or disputes related to this narrow V1 surface are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and must be brought in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
9. Changes
VORO may update or discontinue this V1 surface, including access methods and product boundaries, as the launch path hardens. Material updates to these Terms will be posted on this page.
